The lending market like most other markets is convoluted and full of unprofessional sales people who are not able to first understand a clients needs let alone suggest a solution.
After previously being in the financial/lending market myself for 12 years, I found Markus and his team to have a refreshing approach to lending and not being tied to a rule book by where you may fall out of the sphere by half of a percent.
I thought with my previous knowledge that I had a pretty fair handle on lending, however 12 years is a long time to be out of any business and I was impressed by Markus' knowledge of his product as well as his empathy for his potential client at the time.
We have been with Markus for approximately 3 years now and like most over the last couple of years we have had to go back to the well, each time Markus has made the process quick and painless and I genuinely thank him for his efforts.
